LIFE. You've probably noticed that I'm not that active lately. Finals are coming up, aaaaah. Within one and a half week, I'll have my first exam and I have to say that I'm a little bit nervous. It's just so important and I don't want to mess it up. I do have faith in myself, so that's probably a good sign. Oooh, and I really can't wait to be graduated and never go back to high school again! I'm really looking forward to going to the Amsterdam Fashion Institute next year, but right now there is just one thing I can do: study. It gets a bit boring, but lucky I went two days to Utrecht with three friends and yes, we've had an amazing time! Futhermore, I have plenty of ideas for my blog, but no time. I'll be back blogging at the end of May, when my finals are over. I hope to blog more frequent again, because I kind of miss it. So, I just leave you with this old holiday pictures. SNEAK PEEK. A sneak peek of the upcoming outfit post. I've always had a love for rings, especially big ones. Despite the fact that I forget to wear them nine out of the ten times, I still love them. During winter season I barely wear rings, because it's quite annoying with gloves. They don't fit underneath gloves and then I have to put them on when I arrive at school, but it always turns out that I loose them... yes, I'm kind of chaotic. So that's the reason why I wear this blue beauty for the first time and I own it since January. Oh and the ring with the watch is very special for me, because I got it from my granny. It's such a pity that it doesn't work anymore.
LIFE. The road of life can get a little rough sometimes, but we always have to go through. In my view you always have to stay positive and I know that isn't always easy. I used to be a bit pessimistic, but through the years, I changed. I'm much more positive these days. Some might think that the sentence 'It's going to be all right', is a it a standard, but I definitely think it's true. At the end, everyone will be all right! (although this might not be easy) This week, during testweek I have a lot of stress about my tests and the results. It's very hard to stay positive and I don't always succeed it in. But one of the things I learned during this six years of high school is that if you're positive, life's so much easier. So this is what I try to do these days. Fingers crossed for good results!

LIFE. Whoop whoop, it's a fact, I'm an adult for the law. Last Friday the 15th of March, I turned 18! It sounds so old, but I love it. This weekend I celebrated my birthday. From my parents, I got the watch on the second picture and the ring on the fourth picture. I'm completely in love with both items and I think they are classy and timeless. Furthermore, I got some H&M giftcards and a fashion cheque! On the first picture you see my birthday cake which was delicious and on the third picture you see the birthday girl. 
LIFE. This post is about some pretty good news, because .... I got accepted at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute! I'm sooooo happy! I'm going to be a fashion student next year ánd I'm going to life in Amsterdam. Doesn't that sound amazing? I'm really looking forward to it. Fortunately, I already have a room, so the only thing I need to do is graduate. Whoooo, this is going to be such a exciting, exhausting, amazing and new period, where I'll probably learn a lot. But first: my birthday this Friday. I'll turn 18!
INSPIRATION. Well, this is probably my first inspiration post. I'm always searching for inspiration on the streets, in magazines and at the internet. Besides blogs, I'm also addicted to weheartit.com. Take a look and be inspired!
PORTFOLIO. Tadáaa, let's present you my portfolio. I'm very proud on the front. It's matt black with silver engraved letters. My portfolio contains some pages about my blog, the features in CosmoGIRL Magazine, the weekly blog that I write for the website of CosmoGIRL, Fashion Weeks, photography, my sense of style and writing. I'm actually very proud of the result. I just showed you some pages to see how it looks like inside. It was very hard to take pictures of it, because it's such a big book, but it's to give you an impression.
